CV Risk Assist is a multilingual application that supports nine languages and offers an intuitive user interface for health professionals and patients alike. It provides valuable insights into cardiac health by calculating four key cardiovascular disease (CVD) risks:

1. Patient’s 10-year risk of CVD
2. 10-year risk of CVD for individuals with optimal risk factor modification
3. Patient’s lifetime risk of CVD
4. Lifetime risk of CVD in a 50-year-old individual with optimal risk factor modification

The calculations rely on user-input parameters, ensuring that the results are tailored to the individual's health profile. The application not only determines the 10-year cardiovascular risk but also provides recommendations based on European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines to help users mitigate their risks.

To perform these calculations, the application requires the following input from users:

• Gender
• Race
• Age
• Total Cholesterol
• HDL Cholesterol
• Systolic Blood Pressure
• Blood Pressure Medication status
• Diabetes status
